Our focus is not only to market our client’s rental property, but also to provide the highest level of property management services.  Our standard package service is included at no charge when you list your rental property with us.  In addition to our standard package, we will coordinate cleaning and linen and towel service for each property to provide the vacationer with the highest level of comfort and convenience in Door County.   

Our Cost Passed on to You

Door County Property Management’s business model revolves around the philosophy that if we don’t rent your property, we don’t make money.  When we use our network of maintenance providers, including cleaning services, we ensure that our client is getting the best possible service for the most affordable price.  In addition, we believe in transparency and therefore pass that direct cost on to you.  We do not accept any kickbacks from our maintenance providers, and any cost savings we receive are passed on to you.  In contrast, our competitors often charge an inflated, flat fee for cleaning services. 

No Hassle Renting

Door County Property Management believes that when a guest arrives at one of our rental properties they should feel at home, right away.  In contrast, our competitors don’t value this sentiment.  Would you like to pack sheets and towels for your vacation, and then spend a day at home cleaning them after your vacation?  Or would you even like to rent linens and towels and have to put the sheets on the beds yourself when you arrive?  Would you not expect to have at least enough basic supplies such as bathroom tissue and soap to get you through a day or two?

We at Door County Property Management understand with owning a rental property there can be many headaches.  Our goal is to minimize your headaches while providing the highest level of service to the vacation renter.  We believe by doing so the experience of owning a rental property will be a positive one and a great rental history will be established.  Being a property management company, we are available for any urgent issues that may arise at your property. 

Are You Currently Signed With Another Rental Company?

Door County Property Management understands that you may be currently locked into a rental agreement for this year.  We would still like to provide you with our property management services at the same rate we offer for our Private Home Management.  We can discuss options for becoming your full service Rental Property Management company for next year if you would like.  Otherwise we would like to remain your property management company even if wouldn’t like to list your property with us and our premier rental website RentDoorCounty.com.
