Private Home Management

Door County Property Management is a professional property management company providing and coordinating home-tending services for second homeowners in Door County, Wisconsin. We will provide property inspections to protect and maintain our customers’ investment and use our established relationships with local maintenance providers and contractors to coordinate the maintenance and improvement of our customers’ homes.

Door County Property Management will be responsible for receiving bids, hiring, supervising, billing and acting as a liaison between our customers and the chosen maintenance provider. We will provide this service for new maintenance providers as well as any current maintenance provider a customer already uses. We will bundle our customers’ regular maintenance requirements with their package rate into a monthly bill for added convenience.

Door County Property Management will be responsible for receiving bids, making recommendations for hiring, supervising and acting as a liaison between our customers and the chosen contractor. Because of the possible significant cost of contract work, the contracting company will bill the customer directly.

Door County Property Management will offer four packages (Standard, Economy, Condominium and Winter CLICK ABOVE) to meet the home-tending needs for its customers.  We understand each property and property owner has specific needs.  While our four packages have distinct offerings we are flexible and will work with you the homeowner to customize a package and a price that meets your needs.  Each package includes the following services:

1. Property Inspections
• Interior/Exterior Property Walk Thru
• Security Check of Doors and Windows
• Temperature Control
• Test Smoke and CO Detectors
• Water System Operation
• Interior Plant Watering
• Newspaper/Mail Pick-Up

2. In-Depth Photo Catalog of Interior Possessions and Exterior Condition of Property for Protection against Theft and Damage

3. Immediate Notification to Homeowners of Important Maintenance Requirements

4. Monthly Reports to Homeowners via Email or Standard Mail

5. On-Call Special Service Requests and Emergency Response

6. Confidentiality Agreement between the Company and its Customers

7. Monthly Billing for All Regularly Scheduled Maintenance and Package Rate
