Chad Kodanko and Andy Isaacson met during the fall of 2003 while attending class in the MBA program at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. Now graduated, the two are focusing their time and energy on Door County Property Management, LLC.
The idea for the business originated during their first meeting and developed through the course of their studies as the two discovered the opportunity for professional property management services in Door County.
Both Chad and Andy have a family history in Door County dating back five generations and have created this business as a way for them to continue their family traditions in the place that has so much meaning to them. |
